Senator disrespected by students, professor

Despite a student's or professor's personal, political or spiritual views, they should be able to act like respectable, adult human beings. I would like to apologize to Rick Santorum on behalf of the trite, pathetic and shameless people who kept interrupting him the other night at his speech.

I do realize we are living in an era where liberals pride themselves on making fools of themselves in public settings in order to get on the news.

That is not acceptable behavior at Penn State. Yelling and jumping up and down like an idiot will not get the attention of Santorum or any civilized person that you may disagree with. Only by carrying yourself like an educated adult will you be able to get people to see your point of view.

I would also like to applaud Santorum for speaking the truth, despite the intimidation of people who do not want the truth to be known. The students who kept insulting, interrupting and being rude to Santorum need to be disciplined. Shame on them.
