A preliminary hearing for Anthony Raymond Miller is scheduled for today in connection with his alleged involvement in dealing crack cocaine.
Police said Miller, 37, attempted to sell crack cocaine to an undercover agent in State College on July 30.
Police said Miller called undercover agent Albert Adams to set up the deal, and he later delivered $400 worth of crack cocaine to the officer.
Police said Miller delivered the drugs along with Tammy Jo Sheaffer, 28, and Ramon Marquis McCray, 26.
Charges against Sheaffer and McCray were sent to trial at an Aug. 8 preliminary hearing. Miller's hearing was also scheduled for Aug. 8 but was delayed because of an ongoing investigation.
Police charged Miller with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy.
Miller, Sheaffer and McCray are being held in the Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 each.
