Jay Z's night club also has dress code regulations

From the Web site of Jay Z's 40/40 Club in New York City: "The dress code is Dress to Impress. This means no: sneakers, Timberlands, work boots, t-shirts, jerseys, athletic wear, baseball caps or doo-rags. You are able to wear jeans, but they need to be very neat." So it looks like Jay Z is discriminating against the Hip Hop "culture" and black Americans in general.
