After Andy Wiesner's ANGEL-intensive class experienced multiple delays with the course management system, he and 31 of his students decided to speak up.

A Web site with anti-administration features such as "The [Vice President of Student Affairs] Vicky Triponey Timeline of Terror" and "The Top Ten People Hurting Penn State University" could soon have a registered student group counterpart.

Next season's student football tickets will be sold via an online lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis, the Penn State athletic department released last night.

Three weeks after Google began surveying college students' satisfaction with their school e-mail systems, a Penn State official said the university has engaged in discussions with the company.

The usual long Tuesday night game at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park was nowhere to be found last night.

Although a sixth-place team finish at a national competition is impressive, for Penn State's powerlifting club, the finish is even better considering the circumstances.

For only the fourth time in its history, the Penn State men's tennis team earned a berth in the NCAA Men's Tennis Championship yesterday, and will face defending national champion Pepperdine. The Nittany Lions earned the No. 42 seed, and will head to Los Angeles, Calif., for their first round match to be held Friday, May 11.

Final chance to make noise

Between games of Sunday's Penn State softball doubleheader against Purdue, center fielder Danielle Kinley showed off some of her best dance moves in front of the Nittany Lion dugout while the beats of Swedish DJ Basshunter blasted over the Nittany Lion Field sound system.

As head coach Mark Pavlik went to the table to accept the EIVA Championship on Saturday night, three very different players followed in his footsteps.

Hanging on the wall next to the bed, the picture serves both as a memory and a promise of the future.
