E-mail version of PSUTXT now available

Penn State is now offering an e-mail-only alternative to its PSUTXT service, allowing students to receive up-to-the-minute news updates via their e-mail accounts.

PSUTXT, which debuted last fall, sends critical messages from the university to subscriber's cell phones.

Students can sign up for both services through newswires.psu.edu.
