Pallbearers exit St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Bellefonte yesterday after the funeral of former Penn State student Jeremy Herbstritt. The Bellefonte native was killed last Monday in the Virginia Tech shooting rampage that took 31 other lives. He was attending the Virginia school as a civil engineering graduate student. His father, Michael, who is an engineer in Penn State's Office of Physical Plant, said on CNN two days after the shooting that his son “had a good heart.”
