Identity Theft: A State College woman reported an Internet scam after entering her son's information on a fraudulent financial aid Web site, State College police said. Police have advised the woman and are investigating the scam.

Public Urination: Nine individuals were cited for public urination between 12:04 a.m. and 12:48 a.m. Tuesday night at the same location, 329 E. Beaver Ave, State College police said.

Lt. Dana Leonard said the location, a parking garage, is a "chronic place" for people to relieve themselves when the bars are open.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
