Complaint filed against restaurant A man filed a complaint against the bar staff at the Gingerbread Man, 103 Heister St., after telling police the force used to throw him out of the bar was “excessive,” State College police said. Police said they are investigating the complaint, and it is unknown whether the man will press charges. Man charged for threats waives prelim Terry Peng, a 20-year-old State College man charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, waived his preliminary hearing. According to court documents, Peng allegedly alluded to the shootings at Virginia Tech in threats he made Friday at the South Hills School of Business and Technology, 480 Waupelani Drive.
