About 60 students rallied this afternoon in front of Old Main calling for lower tuition and an increased student voice in the administration.

A room at the State College High School North Building was broken into and "ransacked" over the weekend, State College police said.

The University Park Undergraduate Association (UPUA) will hold its second elections tomorrow. There are six presidential candidates this semester, which is twice as many than there were to choose from in the fall. Undergraduate students will be able to vote at www.vote.psu.edu starting at 6 a.m. and ending at 10 p.m.

Through a new bill introduced in the Pennsylvania State Senate, students will be permitted to resell athletic tickets -- such as Penn State football game tickets -- through certain Web sites without cost regulation.
