Theft: State College police reported a theft at 12:25 a.m. yesterday of two composite photograph frames from Alpha Epsilon Pi, 240 E. Prospect Ave. The composites have been recovered, and the incident is being actively investigated, police said.

The fraternity was also the site of a graffiti incident that occurred Tuesday when unknown actors spray-painted a swastika on an outside wall of the house. Police would not say if the two incidents were related.
