Police log

Assault: A State College man was arrested yesterday for charges of simple assault after he allegedly struck his girlfriend, knocking her to the ground and injuring her hand.

Thomas Wilson, 781 Stratford Drive, was arraigned before Centre County District Justice David Grine and his bail was set at $10,000. The incident was reported at 12:22 p.m.


In case of an emergency, on or off campus, dial 911. For business and nonemergency calls, call the State College Police Department at 234-7150 and Penn State Police Services at 863-1111.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
