Hearing postponed for alleged shooter
A preliminary hearing for a man accused of shooting a woman in the face in February was postponed yesterday until April 25.
According to court documents, Kenneth Harrell, 18, and Enrique Rodriguez, 18, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., forced their way into Theresa Anzivino's third-floor apartment.
Harrell shot Anzivino point blank in the face with a small caliber handgun, police said.
The two men then stole heroin from Anzivino's apartment and fled, according to court documents.
Harrell was arrested Saturday in Blair County. New York City police are still looking for Rodriguez, Patton Township Police Chief John Petrick said.
Petrick said the hearing was postponed "due to the ongoing nature of the investigation." He said there was no new information in the case yesterday.
