Forecast DiscussionUnseasonably chilly and damp weather will
continue today as a stubborn low-pressure system remains off the Middle
Atlantic Coast. Under overcast skies, sprinkles and flurries are once
again expected as temperatures only reach into the low 40s. Skies will
remain gray and precipitation will continue tomorrow as a few isolated
rain and showers are possible. Cloudy skies, occasional showers and
below normal temperatures will likely prevail through Thursday. Friday
will be a bit milder and there may be a few intervals of sunshine.
