Acoustic guitar player to perform

Tonight, famous acoustic guitar player Leo Kottke will be performing at 7:30 at the State Theatre, which is located on 130 W. College Ave.

According to Kottke's Web site, www.leokottke.com, Kottke is known for recordings such as, "Sixty Six Steps" and "Try and Stop Me."

He has also played on soundtracks such as "Days of Heaven" and "Little Treasure."

Tickets prices for Kottke's event are $31. They can be purchased at the State Theatre box office or on the State Theatre Web site, www.thestatetheatre.org.

The theater's box office is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The box office is also open one hour prior to all theater performances.
