Police Log

Burglary: A Penn State student may be charged with burglary or criminal trespass after entering a neighbor's apartment at University Terrace Apartments, 825 Bellaire Ave., and making "a mess" in the kitchen, State College police said. Police said the residents were away for the holiday weekend and discovered the mess when they returned.

Burglary: Several personal items, valued at $590, were removed from a Nittany Apartments residence between 4 p.m. Friday and 7:45 p.m. Sunday, Penn State University Police said. Police said the doorknob to the apartment was damaged.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
