Forecast Discussion
An east to west band of showers will be passing through the southern
half of Pennsylvania today as high pressure to north will do its best to
keep showers out of Bradford, Erie, and Scranton. Low pressure over the
Ohio River Valley will cause light showers to linger across the state
into Saturday before an extremely dry air mass associated with high
pressure builds in from the northwest early on Sunday. That same high
pressure will induce a ridge that will move over the state into the
beginning of the next work week, bringing with it sunny skies and highs
returning to the sixties.-- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service
