Stopping rape is harder than cakes make it seem

Rape is wrong. During my entire life through three separate schools I have never heard anyone say different. I have heard this message in every school multiple times, I have heard it from friends and family, I have heard it watching television, in books and in movies. And I firmly believe that any American who has not spent their entire lives living under a rock has heard it too, especially those who managed to make it to such a fine institution as Penn State. The problem is not that some men do not know rape is wrong but that some chose to do it anyway. Stopping rape by putting the message on a urinal cake is as effective as stopping homicide by putting up posters saying, "Your hands have the power to stop murder." If you believe otherwise, might I suggest putting in the girl's bathroom a poster saying, "You have between your legs the power to stop infanticide, due to unwanted pregnancies." Sure, most women don't kill their unwanted babies shortly after birth, but some do and I think it's important to get the message out that it is wrong.
