Student attacked by 3 men in elevator

A male Penn State student was treated for injuries that resulted from three men punching and kicking him when he attempted to enter an elevator Saturday morning in The Legend apartment complex, 246 Highland Ave., State College police said.

Police said surveillance cameras caught footage of the incident, which occurred between midnight and 1 a.m. March 3. Police have three suspects, but charges have not been filed.

The victim sustained contusions to his head, face and left eye, police said. He was treated by University Health Services and released.
