Forecast DiscussionCold and blustery conditions will settle
into the area during the next few days as State College braces for a
late season cold spell. During the next few days, high temperatures are
expected to reach only the low to mid 20s. Light snow will approach the
area on Wednesday morning and last until late afternoon as a clipper
system streaks through the Northeast. Accumulations of a few inches are
expected with the passage of this storm. Frigid conditions will last for
much of the week, with a slight warm-up on Friday as temperatures
finally surpass the freezing mark.
