After snapping a 13-game losing streak against Iowa last Wednesday, the Penn State men's basketball team talked about riding the winning high all the way through the Big Ten tournament and into the "Big Dance."

It was a weekend of redemption for the Penn State softball team.

The Penn State women's lacrosse team ended its three game homestand at Holuba Hall yesterday with an 11-4 win over the Colgate Raiders to bring its record to 3-0.

From the overweight, overprotective mother played by a man to the skinny, innocent, sidekick friend, the characters in Hairspray kept the audience in Eisenhower Auditorium rolling in laughter from beginning to end.

Nickelback filled the Bryce Jordan Center last night, both with raucous fans and with tedious, unadventurous music.
