Forecast Discussion
Typical dreary State College weather will arrive later today as a strong
low
pressure system from the Midwest passes over the region. With this
storm, temperatures will remain above freezing, so any precipitation
will be rain. Also, watch out for some strong wind gusts today and
tonight. This system will leave our area Friday, allowing a brief window
of partly sunny skies. Some snow showers are possible on the night of
State Patty's Day, but nothing to hinder any plans. Expect a pleasant
mix of sun and clouds with temperatures remaining in the 30s into the
beginning of next week. -- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service
