University President Graham Spanier makes conversation with Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity members at a dinner last night at the fraternity house on Locust Lane. He ate a chicken parmesan and ziti dinner with the students, alumni and advisers and talked about time management and his role as the Penn State president. The dinner was part of the fraternity's Programming Nights.
