Letter to the Editor
Administration abuses PSU students' rights

I am writing this letter because I am worried about the state of the students here at Penn State.

We, the students, are letting the administration of this school take away our power as students by playing dead. This is our school. Why does it seem like we have all forgotten that?

The school is taking away our computer labs, and neither the students nor the student government is complaining. The HUB is our building (all full-time students are paying $33 a year for the building), and yet we have little say about what goes on in there.

Who decided to put a Nathan's in? Are they trying to make us fat? Nothing is healthy. Why is everything is so expensive? It is our place, we are paying for it.

We are such a divided student body -- and the administration is taking full advantage of it. If we for once could bond together and take back the power that is rightfully ours, we could fill this campus with hope.

Goal #1: Take back the HUB.
