Forecast Discussion
Sunny skies will return to Happy Valley for today, but the brisk winds will be
persistent through sunset. Tonight wind chills can be expected to range between five above and five below zero. Tomorrow is looking pleasant before a storm moving in from the west will bring cloudy skies and precipitation to central Pennsylvania on Sunday. Temperatures should stay below freezing for most of the day Sunday making freezing rain a concern for driving. The storm to our west will stall out through Monday causing a persistent cloudy pattern for the start of our work week.
