A Centre County judge will hear arguments today about whether evidence should be suppressed in the case of a Penn State student who police said admitted to attacking three women.

There's no overstating the importance of the first track on an album. Attention can be grabbed or lost, and the listener's mind can be made up before they even get to the second song. So what should be made of a band like Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, that places the most deliberately confrontational track up front?
There may have been a time when we thought that Eddie Murphy dressing up in a fat suit was pure comedy gold. There may have been a time when Murphy playing several different characters in one movie impressed us.
'Spoiler Alert' is a term used in some reviews to warn readers to skip a few paragraphs ahead so as to not ruin plot points in the film being discussed. In the case of Hannibal Rising I urge you to read these spoilers, because after reading them, if you still want to see the movie, not much will be ruined.
When that voice starts up, it seems like this is just another lightweight pop diva, the next in a group where they come a dime a dozen. Then she drops an f-bomb in the second line of the song and all of a sudden, the rules have changed.
