Hal McCullough, owner of Café 210, 210 W. College Ave., told the State College Borough Council last night that he will not be participating in March 2 St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
Due to heavy snowfall in the University Park area, continuing education classes will be canceled this evening and there will be a two-hour campus-wide delay tomorrow morning, Penn State spokesman Bill Mahon said.
Three inches of snow have already fallen in State College and the Public Works Department is preparing for snow removal tomorrow night.
