Police Log

Theft: A Penn State student reported her PNC Visa credit card was used to purchase $1,700 worth of MP3 players over the Internet, State College police said. The woman told police the purchases were made between Jan. 12 and Jan. 27 and were shipped to New Jersey and Florida, police said.


In case of an emergency, on or off campus, dial 911. For business and nonemergency calls, call the State College Police Department at 234-7150 and Penn State Police Services at 863-1111.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
