Because of extra space in the worship hall, the pieces will be performed in different locations throughout the hall, allowing for a faster paced show, Bloom said.
The students performing throughout the evening range in age from freshmen to graduate students and come from each department in the school.
"It's a nice overview of the variety of performing within our school," Daryl Durran, oboe professor, said.
Pieces will range from an opera scene to a double reed ensemble.
Megan Reimer (sophomore-music education) will play in the ensemble, performing "Gagliarda V" by Isaac Posch.
"It's a catchy tune," Reimer said. "I think it will really fit within the chamber music theme."
The concert will also use the Latourneau organ in the hall that was dedicated in November of 2005.
"It's an absolutely gorgeous instrument," Bloom said.
The organ was custom made to compliment the large space and architecture of the hall, Bloom said.
"We will have a large audience and the acoustics will be pretty nice," Durran said.
The Bravo! Series also allows the school to highlight some of the larger concerts among the daily recitals on their calendar of performances.
"We do more than 350 concerts in a year, and that's an academic year, so that's 30 weeks," Bloom said, "one almost every night and usually three per day on Saturday and Sunday."
Durran added that there are many opportunities to experience the talent of the students.
"We have so many concerts," Durran said, "We are one of the best kept secrets on campus."
