Forecast Discussion
Today, periods of heavy lake effect snow can be expected. The snow will
taper off overnight as temperatures drop and winds increase. This will
be a recipe for bitterly cold wind chills possibly below zero. On
Friday, some flurries will continue as high winds persist and wind
chills remain in the negative single digits. We will see a brief break
in the flurries Friday night, but they will return once again for the
weekend. We can also look forward to milder conditions, with
temperatures in the 30s on Saturday and the upper 20s on Sunday. No
major snow storms are in the near future.-- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service
