The Daily Collegian received the following letter from Penn State's Department of Public Information. It is Penn State President Graham Spanier's response to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission's decision to review the university's history of discrimination complaints.

"Is it really a good idea to feature comic books in a literary exhibit?"

Some first-year graduate students in the School of Visual Arts are taking a fresh approach with their annual Zoller Gallery exhibition, a display that this year involves a Ping Pong performance, live entertainment and a community-constructed hot dog cart.

Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground isn't like most bands. In fact, if you talk to its members, it's probably not a band at all.
