This letter is in response to Kevin Doran's review of the O.A.R. concert ("'Jam band' O.A.R. revisits BJC stage," Jan. 22).

I think your account of the O.A.R. concert was bull. Where do you get off saying that this band has no talent? O.A.R. was great in concert. They were entertaining and they sounded great.

I and many others love their songs. They are a talented group of guys. You said that their fans are a "cult?"

Just because a group of people like something doesn't make them a cult.

Why don't you get your words straight before you send them off in your little review.

And to say that you've seen a high school kid have as much talent as DePizzo (the sax player) is bull too.

I don't know where you get your music review information from.

I do know that this review was total crap. All you did was slam the fans.

But don't worry, Kevin. Maybe your writing will be up to high school writing standards some day.
