Additional HUB eateries should stay open longer
The recent addition of Nathan's, Arthur Treacher's, and to a lesser extent, the extremely limited Kenny Rogers selection has introduced some refreshing new options for Penn Staters dining in the HUB-Robeson Center. Unfortunately, these eating establishments all suffer the one glaring problem shared by recently departed Union St. Burgers and currently popular Chick-Fil-A, Ortega, and the salad bar. All of these locations close at 3 p.m. I've been told all of these places are run by the same management, and it puzzles me that these places are not open until the same time as Sbarro's or Panda Express. Even if they would close a little earlier than those restaurants I am sure a lot of people would stop at these places for dinner if the later-closing option was given a chance. Chris Kowalski
