Man charged with rape will stand trial

March 2 is the tentative trial date that has been set for aViriginia man who was charged with rape in September. The State College Police Department has said Justin Allen Cluck, of Arlington, Va., raped an unconscious woman at a State College residence on the 1100 block of Smithfield Street.

Cluck's lawyer, Bruce Manchester, said Cluck and the victim had consensual intercourse the night of the incident. Manchester said he has evidence that the victim was concious during the night -- including the victim's testimony.

Jury selection is scheduled for Feb. 5, and an official trial date will be issued on that day.
