Forecast Discussion
While a little behind the mark, many locations in Central Pennsylvania
experienced their first measurable snowfall last night. This first snowy
experience usually occurs around mid-November. Partnered with the snow
were bitter cold temperatures normally reserved for the middle of the
winter season. Gusty winds also produced wind chill values in the single
digits. Fortunately, the cold weather will be short-lived as we’ll see a
moderating trend in both temperatures and clear weather for the coming
weekend.
