Today's University Park forecast

Winter weather is finally moving into Happy Valley. Snow showers are expected for most of today and tonight. Along with the snow, winds will also be picking up, dropping the wind chill factor into the single digits. Snow showers will continue into Friday, with light accumulations possible by Friday night. Chilly conditions will be present for the next few days, with the lowest temperatures dropping to the teens on Friday night. Fortunately, these frigid temperatures will not last long, as sunny skies and milder air return early next week, with highs reaching the mid 40s.
