Today's University Park forecast
The combination of the sun peeking through the clouds and southwesterly
winds will allow today to be the warmest of the week as high
temperatures will reach into the low 40s. The warmth will be short-lived
as another blast of cold, Canadian air and a chance for snow showers
will arrive behind a cold front for the day on Thursday. Temperatures
will fall during the day Thursday and struggle to reach the freezing
mark on Friday. Northwest winds will cause lake-enhanced snow showers on
Thursday across western Pennsylvania but accumulations will be light
here.
