Police Log

Criminal mischief: Two men were hospitalized after they were involved in a fight at about midnight yesterday at Lulu's Nightclub, 129 1/2 Pugh St., the State College Police Department reported. Police said one man suffered a laceration to his arm and the other suffered a laceration to his head. Police said the incident is being investigated.

Trespass: Criminal trespass citations are pending for two 21-year-old men after they entered McDonald's, 442 E. College Ave., which is currently under renovation, and attempted to steal a pay phone, the State College Police Department reported.

Theft: Penn State University Police reported that an unknown person used a university-issued purchasing card to make about $1,100 in unauthorized purchases over the past year. Charges are pending, police said.

Theft: A student reported to Penn State University Police that his secured bicycle, valued at $300, was stolen sometime between 8 and 11:45 a.m. Wednesday from a bike rack outside of Sackett Building.

Harassment: A student reported to Penn State University Police that she had continually received "alarming messages" via her university internet access account since about 7 a.m. Wednesday. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Harassment: An Eastview Terrace resident reported to Penn State University Police that she received an "alarming message" from a known person at about midnight yesterday. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Harassment: Penn State University Police are investigating an incident in which a staff member said she had been receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown caller at the Boucke Builidng.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
