This is concerning the review of the Angels & Airwaves concert, and more over, Tom DeLonge ("More like purgatory for 'Angels,'" Nov. 20). I would just like to state that you made a valid point. DeLonge has said that he was out to make this the greatest band in the world, which is where I can see where you would think he was entering a U2 time warp. It was an amazing show, and although Tom DeLonge may be the "tiger that can't change his stripes" he has moved on to more powerful and amazing music. Same "tiger," different message. He can still be the funny guy that he was. It wouldn't be Tom DeLonge if he wasn't funny. He has just matured and moved on to better things.
