Student arrested on drug charges

Collegian Staff Writer

A Penn State student out on bail for possession with intent to deliver cocaine was arrested again today on different drug charges.

Jacob Dabrowski, 24, was arraigned in front of Centre County District Magistrate Judge Jonathan Grine and placed in Centre County prison in lieu of $75,000 straight bail, State College police Sgt. Chris Fishel said.

Dabrowski was arrested for possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms after State College police in conjunction with Pennsylvania State police conducted a controlled buy with Dabrowski, Fishel said.

He added that a search warrant was obtained for Dabrowski's residence, 231 S. Atherton St., Apt. 2A, and additional drugs were found. Charges are pending against Dabrowski because of that search.

Dabrowski was arrested in June on four counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, Fishel said. He was out on bail at the time of the arrest today, Fishel said.
