State College resident Kirk Galley, decorates a Christmas tree in front of the Allen Street Gates yesterday. The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place tomorrow from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on South Allen Street. In preparation for the holiday season, the lighting ceremony will include entertainment, caroling, refreshments, live reindeer and the arrival of Santa Claus.
