SPORTS

The Penn State ACHA Division I Icers (9-2-0, 9-1-0 ACHA) have enjoyed the luxury of playing at home the last four games, delighting the Greenberg Ice Pavilion crowd with four big wins and solidifying their No. 3 national ranking.

An annual rite of passage for incoming wrestlers, this Sunday's Wrestle-Offs will give some grapplers a chance to cement their status on the team and give others a chance to turn some heads and earn a varsity spot.

Disregard the writing on the wall -- literally.

Yes, they lost out on the Big Ten regular season title. Yes, they lost in the final game of the Big Ten tournament. So are the Penn State field hockey players nervous about the NCAA tournament? No.
