Theft: A visitor reported to Penn State University Police that a backpack full of compact discs, valued at $1,050, was stolen Oct. 14 from his vehicle, parked near East Halls.

Theft: The State College Police Department reported the theft of a $400 Giant Cypress bicycle sometime before 10 a.m. Wednesday from a bike rack on the 400 block of Waupelani Drive.
