Theft: An employee reported to Penn State University Police that two banners were taken from the exterior of Beaver Stadium sometime between 5 p.m. Oct. 13 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 14. Each banner is valued at $300.

Graffiti: Penn State University Police reported someone placed graffiti on the south side of Stone Hall. The time of the incident and cost of cleanup has not been determined.
