Police Log

Theft: A Penn State staff member reported the theft of a Honda generator, valued at $750, from a tent near the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State University Police said yesterday. The generator was being used during Saturday's football game and was left under a tent until Tuesday.

Harassment: A Penn State student reported she received several harassing phone calls to her dorm room in Porter Hall between Sept. 30 and Oct. 14 from an unknown male, Penn State University Police said. Police have no suspects but will be reviewing phone records.

Vandalism: A student reported to Penn State University Police that he was driving a delivery truck along Mifflin Road when a college-age male asked for a ride, then damaged the truck when the student refused. The student told police the unknown male scratched the car's hood and bent the antenna, then ran away.



In case of an emergency, on or off campus, dial 911. For business and nonemergency calls, call the State College Police Department at 234-7150 and Penn State Police Services at 863-1111.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
