The administration has done the student body a great injustice by stripping Bundy of his title. It took away a good learning opportunity for students to get a taste of the real political process. In response to the letter "Bundy duped students and administration" on Oct. 16, I have this to say. Yes, Bundy may have lied and duped students to vote for him, but is that any different than other politicians?

Do they really follow through with all that they say to get elected? No. It just goes to show that students at this school can't make educated decisions about who to vote for, including myself.

I voted for Bundy simply because come Election Day, his name was the only that I knew and his policies seemed smart. But we were given a get-out-of-jail-free card by the elections commission when it ousted him.

I think that this is a lesson that would have been very important to have learned especially around election time during which politicians full of lies and malice make it difficult to make an informed decision.
