An Alpha Firefighter patrols the halls to Penn Towers, 255 E. Beaver Ave., after a dumpster fire was reported around 11 p.m. last night. Assistant Chief R. Schreiner said that it only took minutes to put out the actual fire but the building had to evacuated for smoke removal.
