Student waives harassment hearing

A Penn State student charged with harassment, stalking and criminal trespass waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.

Michael A. Blackwell, of the 3000 block of Scott Road, was arrested Oct. 4 after he allegedly made numerous unwanted phone calls and sent text messages Sept. 30 to a female student in Jordan Hall.
