'It was pure hatred'

I have a question for Penn State: What would happen if a group of Ku Klux Klan members decide to come out to the Willard Building and preach hatred toward African-Americans? What I want to know is why Penn State does not draw the line between free speech and hate speech? What Michael Venyah was spewing outside the Willard building was not religious in nature -- it was pure hatred. Why doesn't Penn State stand up for its LGBTA population like it does for everyone else? Hatred shouldn't be tolerated.
