Partly sunny skies. then increasing clouds
Today's University Park forecast

Unfortunately this weekend will not be like last. As a cold front moves eastward, warmer conditions along with substantial cloud cover will affect the state for this coming weekend. The area should remain rain-free until early Sunday where showers will develop across the region leading to possible thunderstorms during the afternoon. The system will quickly exit to the northeast overnight bringing an abrupt end to the precipitation and the summer-like conditions. Monday will be mostly sunny, but the weather will be noticeably cooler. Enjoy your first weekend of autumn!
