Letter to the Editor
Former USG President's criticisms a contradiction

Yesterday, Galen Foulke ridiculed USG President Nick Stathes for caring "about what Michigan and Ohio State students have to say about UPUA." Travel back with me for a moment: Last year, Foulke's favorite argument for the creation of UPUA was that other Big Ten schools had governments of a UPUA-variety. What was the "poster-government" for his team of non-student constitution authors? Michigan State.

Interestingly enough, Michigan State's student government is modeled after that of Penn State's USG. Foulke either lied or is incompetent. I'd advise you to recognize him for what he is: an incompetent tool of the Penn State administration, salivating at the opportunity to destroy your last chance to have effective student representation.

USG Chief of Staff
